2. Description of Services & SMS Program
Decon5 LLC provides remediation, restoration,home inspection services to its clients and prospective customers.
As part of our services, we operate an SMS/Text Messaging Program for the following use cases:

3. SMS Opt-In & Opt-Out
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Decon5 LLC by:

Verbally consenting during a service call or consultation
By opting in, you confirm that:
You are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number provided

How to Opt Out — Text STOP to Unsubscribe
To stop receiving SMS messages from Decon5 LLC at any time, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.

Decon5 LLC is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier related to text message communications
Message frequency will vary based on your account activity, service needs, and communication preferences
For questions about your mobile plan or applicable charges, please contact your mobile carrier directly
6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Decon5 LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Decon5 LLC and participating wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others, are not liable for:
Delayed or undelivered text messages
Errors or omissions in message content caused by transmission failures
Actions taken or not taken by any party in reliance on an SMS communication
Any disruption, interruption, or failure of the SMS service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, carrier issues, or technical failures
Wireless carriers are not liable for any claims arising from the Decon5 LLC SMS program and bear no responsibility for the content of any messages transmitted through our program.
7. Age Restriction — 18 Years or Older
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or opt in to our SMS communications program.
By using our services or providing your contact information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Decon5 LLC does not knowingly collect information from or send SMS communications to individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information or opted in to SMS communications, we will immediately remove that individual from our communications list and delete their information from our records.
